  • This probably explains it. When you do actually speak to a junior doctor in a hospital the patient is often shocked by the fact they are so inept at communicating and have a noteable lack of clinical knowledge. I actually had to question a young doctor as to what she did because she was not only an abusive cow but had no idea what she was talking about. Whent he patient has to correct the doctor it's just embarrassing. In her case the supervising doctor would be better off burrying her under paperwork to avoid lawsuits all round.
