Do you recognise this blistering pruritic rash?

This is a tricky one!

A four-year-old boy with known glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency (G6PDD) is brought to the paediatrician by his mother because of his blistering pruritic rash. 

On examination, numerous tense vesicles and bullae are seen on his neck, lower abdomen, and extremities. Ulcerative lesions on his buccal mucosa are also noted.
